Website Terms & Roofing Disclosures

Preliminary online estimates
Any estimate generated through RoofQuote AI is a preliminary planning estimate for an asphalt-shingle roofing project. It is not a binding quote, contract, offer, insurance estimate, or guarantee of final price. Measurements, roof complexity, pitch, stories, site conditions, material selections, code requirements, taxes, and other factors may change the final project price. A Texas Windstorm Solutions representative must complete an in-person inspection before a final proposal or contract is issued. Tile, metal, low-slope, and other specialty roofing systems require a separate consultation.
Property measurements
Satellite, aerial, mapping, and automated measurements are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate because of image quality, tree cover, additions, detached structures, roof geometry, or other conditions. Field verification controls if it differs from an online measurement.
Storm-restoration and insurance matters
Texas Windstorm Solutions is a roofing and restoration contractor, not a public insurance adjuster, insurance agent, attorney, or representative of a policyholder in coverage matters. We do not interpret insurance policies, determine coverage, negotiate claim settlements, or promise that an insurer will approve or pay for work. We may document visible damage and provide a construction scope or contractor information. The homeowner communicates with the insurance carrier and makes all claim and coverage decisions. The carrier determines its estimate and payment under the policy, including any pricing system it chooses to use.
Deductibles and payments
Texas law requires policyholders to pay applicable insurance deductibles. Texas Windstorm Solutions does not waive, rebate, absorb, or otherwise help avoid a deductible. The deductible is the homeowner’s responsibility and is paid toward the contracted restoration work, not paid to the insurance company. Depending on the policy and carrier, insurance proceeds may be issued in more than one payment, and a mortgage company may also be named on a payment. Any carrier payment schedule does not change the homeowner’s obligations under the construction contract.
